Hey guys Kdot here sorry for the lack of updates on the blog as it is coming close to Christmas I have had to start getting prepared for relatives to arrive for the Christmas holidays meaning I have spent a lot of time cleaning up and pulling this out of storage and just getting things set up again I am sorry for not updating but I hope you have a Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah depending on your believes.

Hey guys it's Kdot and some of you may of noticed the freenode irc added to the top of the blog. I thought it may be a cool thing to have a chat room where people who visit the blog could chat with other people as well as me and Newman if we are on. I also added a button above the blog archive which will open the irc chat in the current tab so you don't need to stay on the blog to chat

Hey guys Kdot and Newman here,


Being the month of October, some unexpected spooky stuff is bound to happen sooner or later.... Bad spooky. We kind of have some bad news. *plays sad violin

I (Kdot) have had two of my hard drives fail unexpectedly, precisely the two which had the Ben X trainer and the back up of it, meaning that I have lost all the data for the game along with all my work and other things (goodbye forever porn stash, I'll remember the good times).

That being said don't think we're quitting or anything, it just means we have a chance to start from scratch and add new ideas. Newman is working on a Charmcaster scene after the game's convention he was attending so look for it here in a day or two.

Why do we fall Bruce? So we can learn to pick ourselves up motherfuckers!

Hey guys Kdot here so I got a email from Google AdSense team that the content on the blog is in violation off their polices as a result I have removed the ads off the blog, however they may still remove monetization of the blog entirely in which case it's a bummer for us but hey there is nothing we can you about it.

Blogger Title change

Hey guys Kdot here I thought it was time to update the blog name because the game is no longer called Ben 10 Trainer so as a result I change the blog to Ben X Slave Quest

College course

Hey guys it's Kdot here so a few of you might know but I have had a college course that I have been putting off for almost a month and a half or so to work on the project full time and while I would like to keep doing so I recently got a email from the college stating that if I don't start submitting work I will be kicked out of the course so as a result I will have to slow work on the project drastically so I have more time to work on my course.

That being said I do still want to have some sort of playable alpha out sometime in the next couple of months or so maybe even early next year but that's if time permits me I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause I know a lot of you are looking forward to the release and again I am sorry please not this does not mean I am stopping work on the project it just means the I have less time then then I would like to work on the project I will still interact with you on the blog and try to respond to any emails you send me :).

Hey guys Kdot here while I am busy working on BTSQ I got bored and am now playing overwatch and thought to my self I don't post much on the blog or interact with you guys much, so I thought I might try out some of you guys ideas conditions of submitting them.

Hey guys it's Kdot here so we have been getting a lot of questions about the game on the blog and I thought I would set up a askfm account there are probably better websites for Q&A stuff but I only know of that, you will need to make an account for askfm or use a social media but don't worry there is a ask anonymously feature I also don't see the point of setting up a tumblr if we have a blog.

Demo feedback

Hey guys it's Kdot here I would like to thank you all for giving feed back about the demo I uploaded it in a bit of a eh stage I would of like you guys to go wow instead of eh it's ok least they are doing things. I am working With Newman on a second version of the demo but that being said the last few late nights I pulled have come back to bite me on the arse and I have gotten sick weather that be lack of sleep or other reasons, the other demo build you will have to wait a bit sorry and keep the feedback coming XD.

Projects not dead

The reason there has not been any posts is because some of the people working on it has had to take some time off because of uni stuff. While that's been happing I have had personal stuff to deal with. but while some of them work on their uni stuff I would like to ask if any one is interested in the project and wants to help out we are looking for writers to help us out contact me bententrainer@gmail.com if you interested. Sorry for not posting in a while I have recently had family problems and I have had to deal with that so updating the blog has not really been my top priority now I noticed some people rage posting saying the this project is dead it's not dead I have just not updated the blog. I wish to let you know that I will try to update more but family comes first

On the 20th of January I asked for some writers and a coder which I had people email me about I now have a coder but the writers I have added have not done any thing new to the Doc. Thank you to all those people who expressed their interest in helping with Ben 10 Trainer we are now back on track and working on getting something out now that we have a new coder and a couple of writers we hope to get a demo out soon. The reason we could not release any thing was because of personal reasons with some of the members hopeful the next update we release will be a game release. Thank you for your patience

Update

Hey I have some news news about Ben 10 trainer, at the moment the game has gone stagnate due to the fact this is a 3 man team composed of 1 coder 1 writer and 1 artist but due to reason our writer has not been able to come on and he can only come on every couple of days or so and he could be gone for days or weeks at a time. So I would like to ask other people who are interested in the project to help out I preferable like a couple of more writers and another coder that has experience with unity because one man can only do so much if you interested in helping please contact me at bententrainer@gmail.com. Hello so a lot of you have been wondering when a demo of Ben 10 trainer will be release or just when in general, at this moment in time I feel like it is not at a point that I find satisfactory I think am still hoping to get a demo out next month but that all depends on the future but as we all no the future can fuck you over like a knife to the spine. Let's just hope nothing to bad happens in the coming months and thank you for being patient.
